I recently upgraded my membership here on Fine Art America so that I could include more of my photography. For years I was set on just showing off my Italy photos and then a couple of years ago I had a few beach shots I wanted to include. Then FAA limited me and I couldn't continue. Because, $30.
I turn to beauty and photography when I am at a point of major change in my life. Photography was my first job after high school. I turned to it once again in 2009 when I left a bad business partnership and moved to Florida. Shortly after that I created my website for my Italy photos and then found Fine Art America. I am turning to photography again now as I am newly single, in a new city and again leaving a bad business relationship. This time, $30 is not holding me back! There is beauty all around me and if I capture something amazing I am sharing it with the Fine Art America community.
My most recent addition to my portfolio was captured on a neighborhood walk while dog sitting last week. It is a bright yellow calla lily surrounded by perfect green leaves. I think it is beautiful. I also captured the beauty of the neighborhood park (shared on this post but not, in my opinion, worthy of being added to my portfolio.)
Where do you find beauty in everyday life? Are you capturing those moments?
I also share beauty on Instagram as @lesliebkelly and on Foap as @lbkelley
